The AM-500C1G amplifier module integrates Infineon’s CoolGaN™ power transistor IGC090S18S1 with the IRS20957S Class-D controller IC, delivering exceptional power density, switching efficiency, and audio fidelity. This design exemplifies the advantages of GaN technology in high-performance Class D audio amplification. This one-channel design is scalable up to 500W × 1 at 4Ω (300W × 1 at 2Ω, 250W × 1 at 8Ω) without heatsink.
