Built to perform, engineered to scale
A Trusted Foundation
Our partnership with Infineon, a leader in Class-D amplifier technology, supports ongoing amplifier and power supply innovation and product development. Built on proven silicon-based ICs, Peak Amplification’s current modules deliver high performance sound, efficiency, and scalability — trusted by OEMs across pro, commercial, and residential systems. Infineon's products have enabled Peak Amplification to offer a comprehensive portfolio of amplifier products for diverse product applications.
GaN Technology
We are announcing a significant commitment to developing new amplifier products with Infineon GaN technology (CoolGaN™). These new modules deliver dramatically improved audio performance with higher power density and cooler operation compared to silicon-based Class-D designs.

Better, Cooler, Smaller
- Cleaner sound with up to 10x less distortion and half the noise floor (category leading)
- Higher efficiency, reducing wasted energy and operating up to 20°C cooler than silicon-based Class-D
- Smaller footprint with higher power density, enabling more compact system builds
- Flexible deployment across stage amplification, commercial AV, and high-end residential audio

GaN Module
Our first GaN-based module, the AM-400C2G (100V), is launching under its Flexible Line (AM Series).

AM-400C2G
The AM-400C2G module pairs Infineon’s CoolGaN™ transistor IGB110S10S1 with the MERUS(TM) IRS20957S Class D controller in delivering high power density, switching efficiency, and audio fidelity. Scalable to 375 W x 2 at 2 Ω without a heatsink, it includes all required power supplies and connectors for quick evaluation, showcasing how GaN elevates Class-D amplification.
